Yam Fries with Garlic Aioli

Turn those yams into crisp fries for dipping in this easy garlicky dip.
1 tsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Paprika
Preheat oven to 350. Spread olive oil over a baking sheet. Peel and cut yams into sticks by cutting in 4 or 5 vertical pieces, and then cutting each piece into sticks.
Arrange yams on the baking sheet in a single layer, seasoning with salt. Bake for 25 minutes, or until soft.
Meanwhile mix together mayonnaise, Garlic French Fry Sauce and paprika in a small bowl. Serve as dip for fries.
