Tuna Salad In Pepper Bowls

2 large bell peppers, any color
3 6 oz cans of tuna fish
1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
½ cup Tulkoff Sweet Pickle Tartar Sauce
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, to taste


In a large bowl, combine the tuna, chopped cucumbers, and green onions. Fold in the tartar sauce, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt to taste.

Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes. Generously divide tuna fish mixture among the pepper halves. Serve immediately.
