Tulkoff Pesto Dip

An easy, creamy treat that can be served with pita chips or crudites.

1 cup sour cream
4 oz soft cream cheese
2 ozĀ Tulkoff Pesto Genovese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (your choice)
1 oz red wine vinegar
(pine nut garnish optional)


Combine all ingredients (any order) in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly. Place in a desired serving bowl, and top with roasted shelled pine nuts and a sprig of fresh basil.
