Tulkoff Baltimore Crab Cakes

We’re proud to pass on a recipe that showcases a great way to make Baltimore style crab cakes.
5 oz Calvert House Crab Cake Base
4 slices of fresh white bread cubed small after the crust is removed
1 lb of fresh lump crab meat
1 pinch Maryland Seafood Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Fold ingredients gently then shape into cakes or balls. Deep fry, broil, or bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
