Calvert House Crab Cake Base brings the right amount of spice and flavor to this seafood appetizer.
1 lb 21-25 P&D shrimp, steamed
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz sour cream
½ cup Calvert House Crab Cake Base
3 stalks green onion
2 Tbsp white wine Sauterne
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until desired consistency. Serve with crackers and/or vegetable sticks.
