Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Shallots, thinly sliced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
4 lbs Mussels, scrubbed and debearded
1 cup Dry white wine
1/4 cup Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Tulkoff Scampi Butter
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
1 loaf Fresh bread
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic and cook, stirring often, until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Add mussels and white wine, cover.
When steam starts to appear, cook until mussels open, about 5 minutes more. Add parsley, Scampi Butter and salt and pepper, per taste. Cook uncovered 3 minutes. Meanwhile, slice loaf of bread, arranging on a sheet pan. Brush Garlic French Fry Sauce on each side and broil for 5-10 minutes, or until warm and toasty.
Serve mussels with garlic bread!
