Raspberry Chipotle Ice Cream

Wow your guests with this gourmet ice cream flavor!

1/2 cup fresh raspberries, halved
3 Tbsp Tulkoff Chipotle Chili Aioli
2 cups half and half
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2/3 cup granulated sugar


Mix together all of the ingredients in a heavy bottomed sauce pan until scalded and sugar is completely dissolved, about 5-10 minutes. For best results, chill this mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.

Freeze the raspberry-chipotle mixture in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions. It should reach a soft serve consistency, about 20 minutes. Spoon this mixture back into a lidded container and harden in the freezer at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve over a chocolate pate or in individual 1/2 cup servings.
