Korean BBQ Chicken Tacos

This recipe was submitted as part of Tulkoff’s 2015 Spicy Kimchi Aioli Recipe Challenge.

1 lb Chicken breast

1 bottle Korean BBQ sauce, divided use

3 Tbsp Spicy Kimchi Aioli

1 cup Precut coleslaw mix

1 jar Authentic Korean kimchi

4 small Flour tortillas


Preheat an outdoor grill.

Pour about half of BBQ sauce into a small bowl. Grill chicken and baste with sauce from small bowl. Once chicken is cooked through, cut into 3/8 chucks and roll in remaining BBQ sauce.

In a separate bowl, add coleslaw mix and Kimchi Aioli. Toss well. Warm tortillas.

To Assemble:

Place BBQ chicken on tortillas, top with Kimchi slaw, and a light amount of authentic Korean Kimchi on top. Serve immediately.
