Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

The subtly sweet garlic and kick of horseradish is sure to whip up some commotion.

2 lb red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp Tulkoff Chopped Roasted Garlic
2 tsp Tulkoff Inferno Horseradish
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Bring potatoes to a boil in a large pot over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes thoroughly and transfer to a large bowl. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and beat with an electric hand mixer to your desired consistency. Stir in garlic, horseradish and parsley and serve.
