A snap to make, and with our garlic, a tasty addition to any salad or soup.
2 thick slices of day-old white bread
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Tulkoff Garlic Puree
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim the crusts from the bread, then cut into small cubes. Put the olive oil and garlic puree in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine thoroughly.
Transfer the oil mixture into a shallow dish. Add the bread cubes and gently mix by hand until croutons are well coated. Place the garlic croutons on a baking sheet. Bake for ten minutes or until golden brown. Serve over soups or salads.
