Chipotle Mashed Potatoes

A new twist on an old classic, these Chipotle Chili Aioli Mashed Potatoes will be sure to be a favorite in your household!
1 1/2 lbs Potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 – 1/2 cup Tulkoff Chipotle Chili Aioli, to taste
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, but still firm, about 15 minutes.
In a small saucepan heat butter and milk until butter is melted. Using potato masher or electric mixer, slowly blend milk mixture into potatoes. Fold in Chipotle Chili Aioli and season with salt and pepper to taste.
