Cook Time

15 minutes

1 lb. Ground chicken

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

3 tsp Garlic, minced

3 Tbsp Fresh parsely, chopped

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2-3/4 cup Panko crumbs

1 Tbsp Tulkoff’s Sweet Tartar Sauce

1 firm-ripe Avocado

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 Brioche bun

1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

2 pieces of Iceberg lettuce

2 slices of Tomato

1 Scallion, chopped

In a bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. If too wet and sticky to shape, add panko crumbs until the mixture is workable. Form into patties, and cook in a sauté pan or on grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside.

Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the Sweet Tartar Sauce and 2 Tbsp of avocado. Mash together until you have a mostly smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut bun in half and toast, either on the grill or with the toaster. Spread mayo on bottom bun and top with lettuce and tomato. Place the chicken burger on top a top with tartar mixture, followed by freshly cut avocado slices and scallions. Cover with the top bun, and enjoy!
