Capellini with Garlic Sauce

This quick-to-cook capellini dish is bursting with garlic flavor. Pair it with a fresh salad for the perfect weeknight meal.
1½ tsp Tulkoff Chopped Garlic in Water
½ cup olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 cups water
8 oz Capellini or thin spaghetti
Parsley to taste
In 1 ½ quart saucepan, brown garlic and oil with salt and pepper. Remove from stove to cool. When cool, add 2 cups of water and parsley. Bring to a boil and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti al dente. Pour garlic sauce over capellini and serve immediately.
