Baked Chicken with Kimchi Aioli

This recipe was submitted as part of Tulkoff’s 2015 Spicy Kimchi Aioli Recipe Challenge. This tasty Korean-inspired aioli helps keep your kimchi chicken tender and gives it some serious flavor.
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Thyme
1 container Bread crumbs
1 tsp Fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Season chicken with salt, pepper, minced garlic, paprika and thyme. Set aside.
On a separate plate, mix bread crumbs and parsley together. Add Kimchi in a shallow dish next to crumb mix.
Dip the seasoned chicken into Kimchi, then dredge in bread crumbs. Place chicken on greased sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is a golden brown.
When done, let cool for 5 minutes and serve with a side of Kimchi.
